Had an awesome week, pretty much ran everyday with the exception of saturday. looked something similiar to this; cant remember.
Monday: 4
Tuesday: 4
Wednesday: 5 w/ strides
Thursday 1mi up, 6x200s, .5 cd
Friday: Easy 4
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Open track meet, ran an 8. hate indoors, mouth was dry, we got called back at 110meters of the 800 cause of a race director error. With all that i ended up running 2:25 or something miserable, can't wait to be back in shape!
